6 days and counting

We are just 6 days from the concert/party on Sat., Oct. 22 @ 6pm.
I am working to get all the final details finished and ready. I am so
excited about the new adventure. I hope you can hear me...I wonder
if anyone knows I am trying to keep up with writing a post at least once
a week. Probably not, but that's ok..I'm keeping myself encouraged.

I am working on my songs for the concert.  This is the first time I have sung with my background CD...it feels completely different...not playing the piano but singing with the instrumentations...  and it's so unusual to not be making the tempo but keeping the tempo. But, I really enjoyed. I have less than a month to get all the timing down.

Recording my new cd, A Voice Cries Out

This is my first time to blog. I will be journaling my process through the release of my new cd...'A Voice Cries Out'.
 So, I finished recording my first cd a couple of months ago, went to have it mastered; then it was sent off to the duplication plant and I have been waiting for them to arrive. Drum roll please. My cds came in!!! and I have already started sending out the pre-ordered ones. The CD Release Event is scheduled for Saturday, October 22, 2011 @6pm at Beth Hallel...I hope everyone will come. I will be sending out evites very soon.
